To ensure a positive and inclusive experience for everyone, we ask that you sign up to the following:

I agree to take part in a roller skating session at my own risk.

I understand that safety equipment is strongly recommended and available to me at no charge.

I understand that, as with any sport, roller skating is an activity with potential risks, and accept that Eleven Roller Disco is in no way liable for any accident, injury, harm or loss caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, regardless of whether or not safety equipment is worn.

I will obey marshals’ requests on all safety issues promptly and without question.

I am not aware of any pre-existing medical conditions or other reasons eg. being, or suspecting being, pregnant, that prevents me from skating safely.

I understand loud music and strobe, spot, projection and laser lights may be in operation.

I understand Eleven Roller will not tolerate unsafe or anti-social behaviour and reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke participation on these grounds.

If I am bringing children to the session, I will ensure they abide by these terms. I understand children under 10 must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult.

If I am leaving anyone aged 10-18 at the session, I understand they remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian at all times, whether or not parents/guardians are in situ.

I understand photography, filming and livestreaming are permitted during this session. If that causes concern, please let marshals know before entry and we will ask customers to only film their own group.

I understand the Covid-secure practices that are in place for the session and will adhere to them.

I understand my data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties for commercial purposes.

I agree to skate in this and all future sessions with Eleven Roller according to the terms outlined above, and understand the session can be suspended or cancelled should concerns arise related to this agreement.

I understand that these tickets are not for resale.


Refund policy

We can only offer refunds if we cancel this event, in which case we will refund the ticket price but not the booking and payment fees, which are a cost to us. If a customer can no longer attend, let us know and we will do our best to find another buyer for the ticket and then provide a refund – but we can’t make any promises.
